KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATES's Business Motivation for LEVER

KNAS participate in the Esprit KNOW-NET project (28928), which is nearing completion, for the development of the first truly holistic KM solution that fuses knowledge as a product (content) with knowledge as a process (context). For us the LEVER project is a tremendous need and opportunity because:

  • It will enable us to finely tune the KNOW-NET product, improve and customise the offering to the 'software industry'
  • it will help us foster strategic partnerships and alliances with software companies to globally implement, customise and support our KM solutions fast
  • it will bring all the benefits of KM to the software sector, which will act as a 'multiplier' and a potential distribution outlet for the exploitation of the our methods and tools

Moreover, LEVER gives us the possibility of expanding in new markets and new countries (e.g. in Greece, the Czech Republic and Turkey).
