PLANET ERNST&YOUNG PLANET ERNST & YOUNG is a company created by the merger of PLANET S.A. and ERNST & YOUNG Management Consulting-Southeast Europe. The company retains the values and traditions of both PLANET S.A., which has been the leader in the Greek management consulting market for a number of years, and those of ERNST & YOUNG, which is one of the leading international consultancy networks. PLANET ERNST & YOUNG is the first Greek company to provide management and engineering consulting services on a multinational basis. It assists in the development of organisations and enterprises in both the public and private sectors. The company continues to develop a leading and innovative presence in Southeast Europe based on its experienced professional staff, the use of advanced technology and long term cooperation with other leading international consulting companies.

PLANET ERNST & YOUNG is organised around two Strategic Business Units: Management Consulting Services (MCS) and Engineering Consulting Services. Management Consulting Services unit (MCS) integrate expertise in strategic visioning, business process management, information technology and organizational change for targeting clients' business growth and performance improvement problems. MCS provides services in three axes: strategy development; business transformation and information technology.

• Strategy Development services provide a new perspective in order to formulate forward-thinking strategies for sustainable business growth and competitive positioning and span a wide array of strategic consultancy areas from: Sector Strategy; Corporate Strategy; Business Unit Strategy; Information Systems Strategy; etc.
• Business Transformation services help increase staff productivity and generate organizational renewal; PLANET ERNST & YOUNG helps clients streamline supply-chains, reengineer and improve business processes, change organizational structures, manage and facilitate organisational change and leverage their knowledge base.
• Information technology services help client companies turn ideas into results and assist them install and operate specialised systems that range from large-scale IT systems (such as the SAP system) to specific functional systems (e.g. budgeting, salary grading, etc). In addition, PLANET ERNST & YOUNG assists its clients through the successful transition to the new economy, enabling them to interact through new Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) business models.

PLANET ERNST&YOUNG has established offices in Greece, Belgium, Cyprus, Albania, Bulgaria, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, F.Y. Republic of Macedonia and Romania, and the company's turnover exceeds 10 million Euros. PLANET ERNST&YOUNG considers as its main asset the specialists it employs; the full-time staff consists of 160 professionals, mainly graduates in economics and engineering.
